We empower anyone to publish a referendum calling for action, whether it be a local, national, or global issue.
We enable a more democratic democracy where anyone can vote directly on the issues they're passionate about. Unlike petitions or elections, you decide whether to support or oppose people's specific proposals.

Hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants are driving on Texas roadways, but without proper testing and registration. To make our roads safer for all drivers, it is imperative that we enable these motorists to qualify for state driver's licenses. Other States are Successful Currently 13 states and the District of Columbia issue driver's licenses to all drivers, regardless of immigration status. These states issue licenses to anyone with proof of current residency and the proper documentation, such as foreign birth certificate or passport.
Despite a surge in electronic communication and access to personal records, archaic voter laws remain active in Texas. Currently, an eligible voter in Texas must submit a voter registration application by mail at least 30 days prior to an election if they wish to cast a ballot. Texas has enough hurdles in-place to prevent fraudulent voting, such as requiring registered voters to supply government-issued identification at the ballot box. Allowing eligible Texas residents to register to vote the same day as an election at the local, state, or national level will improve Texas’s voter turnout rate and give more citizens a voice. Almost Half of All US States Allow Eligible Individuals to Register and Vote the Same Day of an Election 21 US states and the District of Columbia already allow same-day registration for eligible voters. All states that permit same-day voter registration also require prospective voters to present a government-issued ID before casting their ballot so enacting same-day registration in Texas already abides by the state’s identification requirement. Said ID card or other government identification also proves that an individual meets the residency requirement in the district they wish to vote in so further verification like mail confirmation, paystubs, or utility bills are unnecessary.
